New use for Facebook/MySpace
Users of social networking Web sites are using the sites for more than just wasting time. Before meeting with prospective employers, people can use their connections on the sites to find out about the work enviroment at a company or what issues might come up during an interview.

Of course this raises the interesting point on business ethics.
Are these actions ethical in relation stepping into the private lives of those they employ?
How far is too far in this situation?
For example, what if a potential employer found out that a person was gay or that the woman they were interviewing wrote to an online friend that she wanted to have children (would this be adquate grounds for not employing these people)?
What other examples can you come up with that could step across ethical or moral grounds?
